The latest version of the following browsers are compatible with the ATT Support Community website. However i want to make sure theyre still supported by the network since i know 2G support ended in 2016.While the specs say it has 3G why not purchase a newer flip phone. My replies are based on experience and reading content available on the website.

I cant remember if the phone used 2g for voice and 3g for data or not. I checked this by calling ATT in July and was connected to Customer Service. The rep I lucked on, remembering the phone and having owned one back in the day, was actually pleased to tell me ATT would be able to provide both SIM and service just so long as the phone is 3G-- which the V3xx is. So Ill come back and post a comment about that experience. No, really, I will.) Of course, the occasional ATT branded V3xx does show up online for sale as well, but would be hard to find new. So, barring that, if ATT cannot accommodate the unlocked phone, one more option is to get your hands on a used (cheap) ATT branded V3xx and then gut it, LOL. In other words, carefully disassemble each of the two phones and swap the ATT mobo over into the new phone. Yes, laborious. But lets be honest. For those of us who are only modestly impressed with todays ability to tote around a flat screen computer to make calls with, (really)-- and who have enough common sense to opt in the direction of practical sensibility-- one would be hard pressed to outdo the durable elegance of Motos old V3xx. Todays glowing pcb is the equivalent of a flask for what Brian Regan calls the drunk on the go. Maybe ATT can put some fire under Lenovos tush and get them to smart up these beautiful old form factors. Thomas. Most sales occurred in 2007 and, of course, many of the phones were also manufactured in that year. The v3 will still work, but you wont be able to get pictures or videos. Hope this helps.
